定制濟南工作服時的布料檢查一般以隨機抽樣形式進行，從整批來布中，任意挑選一定數(shù)量的樣本，用視覺審察以決定整批的品質(zhì)。布料檢查包括下列幾項基本要點：
The cloth inspection when customizing Jinan work clothes is generally conducted in the form of random sampling. A certain number of samples are randomly selected from the whole batch of cloth, and the quality of the whole batch is determined by visual inspection. Fabric inspection includes the following basic points:
1、布匹長度
1. Cloth length
將準備檢查的布卷，逐一放在驗布機上，利用米表或碼表量度每匹的長度，然後將所得長度與布卷標簽上長度核對，并將結果記錄在驗布報告表上。
Put the cloth rolls to be inspected on the cloth inspection machine one by one, measure the length of each piece with meter meter or code meter, check the length obtained with the length on the label of the cloth roll, and record the results on the cloth inspection report form.
2、布匹封度

在查驗過程中，隨意在每匹布料上度取三個闊度，然後將結果記錄在驗布報告表上。

3、紗支
3. Yarn count
由於紗支限重量成正比例，所以可以利用天秤或電子磅來檢定紗線的細度。檢查人員從批核樣辦中抽出一個長度的經(jīng)紗，放在天秤的一邊，然後從來布中抽出同一長度的經(jīng)紗，放在天秤的另一邊。如果天秤保持平衡，這表示來布和批核樣辦的經(jīng)紗支數(shù)是相同的;但如果天秤出現(xiàn)不平衡，這便表示兩者支數(shù)存著差異。檢查員可以重復以上辦法來檢定緯紗的細度。
Since the yarn count limit is proportional, you can use a scale or an electronic scale to check the yarn fineness. The inspector shall first draw a length of warp from the approval sample office and place it on one side of the scale, and then draw the same length of warp from the cloth and place it on the other side of the scale. If the scale is kept in balance, it means that the number of warp yarns of the incoming cloth and the approved sample office are the same; However, if the scales are unbalanced, it means that there is a difference between the two scales. The inspector can repeat the above method to check the weft yarn fineness.
4、經(jīng)緯密度

檢查人員可以利用放大鏡或布鏡將布料的密度放大，利用肉眼點算在一平方寸內(nèi)經(jīng)紗和緯紗的數(shù)目，然後將所得數(shù)目與規(guī)格或批核樣辦相比，便可知道來布的密度是否合符標準。
The inspector can magnify the density of the cloth with a magnifying glass or cloth glass, calculate the number of warp and weft yarns in a square inch with naked eyes, and then compare the number with the specification or approval sample office to know whether the density of the incoming cloth meets the standard.
5、組織結構
5. Organizational structure
跟檢查經(jīng)緯密度一樣，檢查人員可以利用放大鏡或布鏡，觀察布料的平紋、斜紋、緞紋等的組織結構是否正確。重量撿查人員可以利用電子磅來檢定布料的重量，利用圓形切樣器，在每匹布料不同部位，切出一百平方厘米的標準面積，然後放在測量布重電子磅上，螢幕便立即準確地顯示該塊布料的重量。
Just like checking the warp and weft density, the inspector can use a magnifying glass or cloth mirror to observe whether the plain, twill, satin and other organizational structures of the cloth are correct. The weight inspector can use the electronic scale to verify the weight of the cloth. Using a circular sample cutter, cut a standard area of 100 square centimeters at different parts of each piece of cloth, and then place it on the electronic scale to measure the weight of the cloth. The screen will immediately and accurately display the weight of the cloth.
6、顏色

檢查人員可以利用對色燈箱來檢定布料顏色。使用燈箱有—點須留意，這就是不論色辦或貨料，每次所用光源須一致，否則所有顏色比較都是沒意思的。
The inspector can use the color matching light box to verify the fabric color. One thing you should pay attention to when using the light box is that the light source used must be consistent every time, regardless of color or material, otherwise all color comparisons are meaningless.
7、疵點

將卷莊布料松開，以一定速度，將布料拉過裝有照明系統(tǒng)的驗布臺，以便檢查人員能夠清楚審察布料上的瑕疵，然後在另一端將滑過驗布臺的布料重新卷上。
Loosen the cloth of the rolling shop, pull the cloth through the cloth inspection table with the lighting system at a certain speed, so that the inspectors can clearly examine the defects on the cloth, and then roll the cloth that slipped through the cloth inspection table again at the other end.
